Leanne Tripp – School Business Manager, Bridgeview and Whitehouse Schools
I joined Venn Academy Trust in July 2021 as an admin and finance assistant at Euler Academy, and my journey since then has been one of incredible growth and opportunity. From the moment I started, the trust’s commitment to my development has been evident, with Venn investing in my success by funding several courses to expand my skills and knowledge.
These learning opportunities, combined with my dedication, helped me transition into the role of School Business Manager in 2023. The support I have received has been invaluable in equipping me with the tools to take on greater responsibilities and make meaningful contributions to our schools.
Being part of the Venn community means being surrounded by people who believe in your potential and provide the resources to help you achieve it. I am excited to continue my journey, knowing that I am part of a trust that truly invests in the success of its people.
