CPD
We can provide a wide range of professional development in the following areas:

- Curriculum development, including deep dives
We work with a range of partners including the University of Cambridge, Brunel University and UKLA Literacy Association to support our pedagogy. In September 2021 we were delighted to form a close partnership with the Hear My Voice coaching and delivery programme.
Other support
The trust has a central team of professionals in a variety of areas. Expertise in estates, health and safety, HR, governance and catering is available upon request. Bespoke training and support can be provided in all of these areas to meet your needs.
Our experienced Chief Financial Officer can provide financial and CFO support to schools who do not currently have a CFO in post or have a financial notice to improve.
Leading 4 learning
The Trust has collaborated with NCFE and CACHE to provide its Leading for Learning training supporting practitioners to address the impact of low-level disruption in the classroom.
