Venn Academy Trust provides specialist outreach and inclusion support for primary and secondary schools, helping settings strengthen inclusive practice and respond effectively to the needs of children and young people.
Our Venn Inclusion Diagnostic provides schools with a structured starting point to reflect on their current approach, recognise strengths and identify areas where further development or specialist support could make the greatest difference.
Through Steps to Success, our primary inclusion support service, and IncludeEd, our secondary inclusion support service, we work alongside schools to build staff expertise, strengthen provision and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Primary Inclusion Support
Steps to Success
Practical inclusion support helping primary schools strengthen provision and support pupils experiencing barriers to learning, participation and engagement.
Steps to Success works alongside primary school staff to understand the needs behind behaviour, develop appropriate strategies and strengthen inclusive practice. Our trauma-informed approach recognises behaviour as communication and focuses on building the confidence and capacity of the adults around the child, creating safe, supportive environments in which children can remain successfully alongside their peers.
SECONDARY INCLUSION SUPPORT
IncludeEd
Specialist secondary inclusion support helping schools respond to barriers to engagement, strengthen inclusive practice and enable young people to remain successfully engaged in education.
IncludeEd works alongside secondary schools to understand barriers to engagement and strengthen the environments, relationships and adult practice surrounding young people with SEMH needs. Through needs analysis, consultation, staff development and targeted support, the service helps schools build sustainable approaches that enable more young people to belong, engage and thrive within mainstream education.
TRAINING & BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT
Team Teach
Practical Team Teach training helping schools develop confident, consistent approaches to behaviour support and create safer, more positive learning environments.
Venn Academy Trust delivers Team Teach training for schools across Hull, North Yorkshire and Doncaster. Training can be tailored to the needs of individual staff, teams or whole-school workforces, helping colleagues develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to support children and young people effectively.
