Our School Improvement Team
Our School Improvement Team brings together experienced teachers and leaders who provide practical, evidence-informed support across teaching, learning, curriculum and school improvement.
Drawing on expertise from across the Trust, including principals, deputy principals, curriculum leaders and SENCOs, the team works collaboratively with schools to strengthen practice and improve outcomes for pupils.
Our Operations Team
Our Operations Team provides specialist support across human resources, governance, estates management, catering and wider school operations.
Working both on site and remotely, the team supports schools with effective operational management, compliance and the day-to-day systems that enable staff and school leaders to focus on delivering high-quality education.
This team is led by our Director of Operations.
Our Finance Team
Our Finance Team works closely with school leaders to ensure financial resources are managed effectively and used to support pupils and school priorities.
The team provides expertise in budgeting, financial planning, audit, risk and financial management, offering schools appropriate support, assurance and challenge while helping to maintain the Trust’s long-term financial sustainability.
This team is led by our Director of Finance.
