Supporting Staff Development
At Venn Academy Trust, we empower pupils and staff through robust development programmes. Partnering with leading institutions, we deliver initiatives like the Aspirant Leader and Artisan Teacher Programmes, fostering leadership and teaching excellence.
Our Venn Headship Programme equips early-career leaders to drive educational success. CPD
We provide a wide range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities to support personal and professional growth. Our CPD includes Behaviour and Culture Reviews, Team Teach Training, Self-Regulation CPD, Safeguarding Audits, and training in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH).
Additional sessions address Safer Recruitment, Risk Management, and safeguarding issues like FGM, Domestic Abuse, and Child Exploitation.
