Our School Improvement Team

Our experienced team of teachers and leaders provides regular, hands-on support across all school improvement areas, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

Comprising headteachers, deputy headteachers, curriculum leaders, and SENCOs, they use their expertise to support staff and leaders in delivering excellent education for pupil success.

The team is led by the Director of School Improvement.

Our Operations Team

Our team of expert professionals support all aspects of business operations and administration in our schools.

The highly qualified and experienced team provide expertise in all aspects of human resources, governance, estates management and catering. On-site and remote support is provided to ensure staff and buildings are managed well, the trust is compliant as well as providing oversight to the school catering teams.

This team is led by Our Director of Opertions.

Our Finance Team

Our dedicated finance team works closely with school leaders to make the best use of financial resources to benefit all our pupils.

They support with annual and long-term budgeting, offering training and expert advice. They lead on audit, finance and risk across the trust. This team gives appropriate support, assurance, and challenge to schools, as well as ensuring the trust is financially robust.

This team is led by our Director of Finance.
