Pupils will receive the highest quality of pastoral care from our well-being staff and life coaches. This will include visits that support pupils’ emotional development and access to a wide range of services to support emotional intelligence.
PSHCE will be given the highest priority to promote self-regulation so pupils can learn to remain in class.
The team will envelop the child to provide support, care and guidance appropriate to needs.
The life coaches will play a crucial role in establishing a caring and productive relationship with each pupil and their family to provide the correct degree of support and/or therapies. This may involve support for the parents or carers in how to establish and maintain boundaries or support classroom learning.
